As a small business owner, I have often wondered how to build a loyal customer following. I have a solid product that I believe in and I even have a small base of repeat customers. I would really like to build on that and grow my repeat customer base. I’m looking into customer loyalty programs. I’m trying to put more focus on customer service and follow-up. I want to make communication between my staff and customers more of a priority. I am hoping that the use of a rewards program will help with repeat business and customer retention.
I definitely want a program that is web based. I would like my loyalty program to help me to increase sales and improve customer retention. It would be great to incorporate a way to introduce new products to existing customers. My business is small right now but I really believe that it has potential for future growth. I believe that customer retention and loyalty is going to be a huge part of that growth.
I also need a program that is easy for my customers to use. I want them to be able to see exactly how the program is benefitting them without too much extra effort on my part. After all, the best customer loyalty program in the world won’t be effective unless my customers actually understand it and use it.
